How it all works…
At Level Up we provide all the skills and techniques necessary for our soccer players to reach the pinnacle of their potential. The technical instruction we provide is comprehensive, asking the questions: What attributes does every player need to be well-rounded? What level of execution do they need to reach to be great? We know the answers to these questions from years of playing and coaching at a high level. But it's still a game! Our sessions push our players to the next level but also stay fun to inspire and maintain a love for the game.

Elijah, Ty, Maclain and Henry were trained in the Level Up methodology since they were 9 year olds. Once they reached the U12 level, these four were selected by professional outfit Minnesota United to join their Development Academy.
Why technical training helps so much…
It’s simple really. When working with a team, the coach’s primary goal is to build the group into a cohesive, high-functioning unit. In this realm, a coach’s primary teaching is tactical/strategic concepts. This inherently leaves one massive thing neglected: the individual. No matter how good or experienced the team coach is, they simply do not have the time necessary to address individual players developmental needs properly. We flip this model upside down, and instead focus specifically on the individual. Small group training provides us the best of both worlds: more face time with a qualified coach and a competitive environment where kids can freely hone their abilities.
